I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my visit to a trade fair. The location was perfect, with the hotel providing a free shuttle service to and from the fair three times a day. Additionally, there was a bus directly to the fair, making transportation extremely convenient. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, especially one staff member who spoke English and went out of her way to assist me. She even helped me sort out some issues I had encountered. The cleanliness of the room was noticeable, and despite the need for an update, it was still decent in size and comfortable. There were also many great dining options nearby, with a 7/11 store just a short walk away.

Can't fault anything about it.

The bed was uncomfortable and caused back pain. The room wasn't clean, and the housekeeping service was poor.

There is no internet facilities; their Wi-Fi doesnt work !

The false personnel. Told that Booked.net hasn't nothing in common with their hotel. They try to deceive twice for all sum. When i told i leave the hotel 1 day before,(already paid all the sum) thay told I break treaty provisions and should pay the penalty ( to pay all sum again).

Our recent stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location is great, just a few kilometers away from the fair, making it convenient for business travelers like us. The "DATES" restaurant in the hotel served delicious food, and we were impressed with the Cantonese cuisine they offered. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us, even providing translation services. The breakfast had a variety of options, including made-to-order omelettes and eggs. We also enjoyed the amazing view from our room.

That the lifts were a bit slow and sometimes out of sync, resulting in longer waiting times.

The hotel's ordinary staff was reasonable helpful considering the fact that none of them can speak English. They try their best to help. Management staff was not much interested to help.

The beds are as hard as wood. Changed rooms twice but found the same problem.

If traveling the Canton or Guangzhou business precinct, it is relatively close to these amenities & a complimentary shuttle was provided to us during our business stay.

Very poor bedding, unless you enjoy a rock hard mattress & uncomfortable nights sleep. If it hadn't been for the hard beds, we would most likely have had enjoyed out stay much better. Poor food options and some small language barrier (which was expected), so have patience. This was a full smoking hotel, and smelt accordingly.

The hotel offered good value for money, with comfortable and clean rooms. The staff were pleasant and helpful. One key advantage was the free shuttle service to nearby attractions and the airport, which made exploring the area easy. the free breakfast provided a decent variety of options to start the day.

The hotel had limited facilities, such as no pool or gym. The internet connection was slow at times and not always reliable.

The staff was not able to speak english very well (below average, even for China). The restaurant had severe problems with service

So few people at the front desk spoke english. House keeper was nosey and went through our things. Even though we put out the "do not disturb" sign. Threw out our soap in the garbage and did other sick things. It made it difficult for us to feel relaxed. The hotel is not written in front of the building instead Stairway Hotel is displayed out front. It made it hard for the taxi driver to find the place. We drove around forever before finding the hotel. Please ask them to call it what it is ,,,Stairway Hotel. Once inside though, we saw Rundu written all over the room but outside was a different matter.

Breakfast was always cold and bland. Other meals were too overpriced at the pub. Most of the guests advised us to go elsewhere for meals but no-one at the front desk could or wanted to help us find the locations of the places we wanted to go.

It is the badest hotel I have stayed in all my life, please don't recomend this kind of hotel.

They sold my room, after one hour, they give me a smoking room, when I reserved a non-smoking, dirty, bad service, no body speak english, bad food, noisy, please don't go to this hotel !!!!!!!

By taxi it is not that far from downtown as it took me little more than 15 minutes from Tee Mall area ( Tian He ).

Actually I would prefer to stay near a metro station or closer to the downtown of Tian He, moreover, I expected it to be better as the hotel shows 4 stars but actually it is less.

good location - 10 min driving from Canton Fair, good price

reception not speak English, to check out takes 30 min, 2 elevators are far not enough for 20-floor building, shuttle bus to the fair overcrowded, used to take only taxi, poor brakfast, have seen a rat in the cafe
